WEICON Copper Paste | Protective, separator and lubricant agent for parts subjected to high stresses and high temperatures PROPERTIES: WEICON Copper Paste is a protective agent, separator and lubricant, resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, has a strong adhesion and is free of sulfur, lead and nickel. APPLICATION: WEICON Copper Paste is used as an assembly lubricant for screw connections and sliding surfaces of all kinds. It forms an effective lubricating and separating layer on insertion tools, wear bushings, screws, screw-on, plug-in and bayonet joints of all kinds, protecting functional surfaces against corrosion and contact corrosion. It can be used to reduce vibrations in brake shoes and guides, brake cams and pins, car and truck battery poles and other electrical connections, wheel bolts or wheel nuts and wear bushings of electric, pneumatic and hydraulic hammers. PRE-TREATMENT SURFACES: First clean the surface to be lubricated with WEICON Degreaser S, depending on the degree of dirt. If the screws are already in use, treat them with a wire brush and clean them with WEICON Degreaser S. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations of our CE safety data sheets must be observed.
